ABOUT -

» Eirene, the adopted daughter of Cirrus, has always had some kind of spiritual connection with the forest surrounding the Traveler’s Sanctuary. It was not until the moment Cirrus touched land in the area that she decided to hatch, and just days after birth, a strange assortment of runic markings appeared in her fur.

» Although many dragons have come and gone, and many more have tried, she is the only dragon to ever be able to activate the magical properties of the various ruins scattered throughout the woods.

» Unfortunately, Eirene’s link with the forest is often more of a curse than a blessing. She has been plagued with crippling visions of darkness that take hold of her and incapacitate her, whether during the day when awake or at night during sleep.

» On rare occasions, she finds herself wandering out deeper into the woods as if drawn in by some sort of siren, only to wake up hours later with no knowledge of where she is.

» Fortunately, she never has to feel alone. Despite her quiet and reserved nature, her mate, Twister, and the other residents of Winterhome are always watching over her.

» The others around Eirene always wondered if something was a bit different about her. Her connection to the woods and landscape, her unusual appearance... As she grew older, her horns got longer and longer, well beyond the size of a normal tundra. It wasn't until much later, when reading a historical manuscript about gaolers, that the others discovered her true nature.
