Biography
General Castro
Clan role
Co-Chief - Guardian - General
Co-Chief - Guardian - General
The walls of Castro's circular lair are the strung together branches and trunks of the luminous Starwood Strand. In places where the glowing leaves do not sustain enough light are oil lamps hung from convenient branches. In the center lies a pool of strange blue glowing liquid edged with stones. The once organized storage and display area of this part of the lair has been reduced to shambles with clutter. It looks more like a workshop now. Above the pool is a hole leading to an upper room. A circular ledge of the shaped branches provides leverage to jump up there. In this room lies the more personal and organized areas of the lair. Here he keeps many secret compartments for weapons and armor sets he no longer uses. Though he is not a writer as his brother is, he is very much a book wyrm, and the various books prove just that. He doesn't own enough bookshelf space to accommodate for it all. The upper room also contains a lever that pulls back the roof; the only artificial looking part of this natural looking lair. The open roof provides a stunning area to stargaze. |

Castro was born from Gnascor and Dorsus and is the brother of Chief Phylax. The lair was becoming quite large at the time of his birth and the chieftess at the time, Nymphana, knew it was time to train up protectors of the clan. The teaching and guidance of the guardian dragons awakened and expanded his passion of weaponry, and the art of weaponry. Both him and his brother would go on scouting expeditions to find tomes of hidden knowledge on battle sets. His patience and determination made him the general of the entire division of defenders of the clan. Though his team is quite small now, he vigorously trains new dragons. He often takes his apprentices on missions before the sun even rises. While calculated and resolved, he is known to have sensitive and curious areas. Each time he has a question, he goes to his neighboring brother for advice, as well as new books to read before bed. |
His familiar, Camilla, was found in the neighboring Icefields. Adoring her attitude and eccentric nature, he decided he wanted to take her home. It took a long while to train her to be calm, but now she is a humble and adored companion. She's social, curious, and full of energy; she can be heard zipping around the house sometimes. Castro also has cat-like toys for her to play with. She's become so affectionate that she has her own space to sleep next to Castro. She listens attentively to every word of every book he reads. When Castro is not home, she often goes to other lairs to beg for attention. She often looks blankly into the strange pool at the center of Castro's lair. He's thinking of building the stone edges of the pool higher in case she ever wants to jump in. Maybe he should take her on a vacation to the Frigid Floes as well. |
