Biography
As skilled as he is in mimicry, being a Nocturne, Xersanders is just as content to be his bitter, brooding self. That said, he's forever grateful for Sariel and Bertram for taking him under their collective wings.
To his chagrin, however, Sparkamech seemed to appear out of nowhere and declared him the dragon she'd dedicate her life to guarding (appreciation of being protected by a significantly larger and more durable dragon nonwithstanding). He feels like her sole purpose is to annoy him is far more accurate.
(The only reason he wears the spinel leg band is because she gave it to him - and wouldn't stop pestering him until he put it on. Really. But they do make a good duo when they go Gathering every day...)
He views Sariel as a mother-like figure; however, he's envious of Bertram, although he tries not to make it obvious and gets along with him... as long as Sariel's around.
That envy seems to be wearing down these days, however, as he becomes more accustomed to life in the Angellus clan.
